Newsletter Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) govern the provision by Arena Milano Management S.r.l., with registered office at Via Fabio Filzi, 29 - 20124 Milan, Italy (“Arena Milano”), of the service consisting of the sending, via e-mail, of informational communications (“Newsletter Service” or “Service”) relating to events shown on the website www.arenamilano.it
 

These terms and condition are available to the user in the dedicated “Terms of Service” section, which can be accessed through the corresponding link on the pages of the Website. They may be amended at any time. Any changes will take effect from the time they are published on the Website in the section mentioned above.
 

The Newsletter Service is free of charge and may only be activated upon a specific request by the user. Consequently, the processing of the personal data of the user who activates the service is carried out on the basis of the consent provided pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Article 130 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003).
 

The user may activate the Service:
• by selecting the appropriate checkbox;
• by providing the e-mail address and clicking on the appropriate button available in the areas of the Website dedicated to the subscription to the Service.
The user may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link located in the footer of the newsletter received at the e-mail address provided at the time of activation of the Service.
 

The Service shall remain active from the date of its activation by the user until its deactivation by the user, according to the procedure described above. For the duration of the Service (and, therefore, from the moment of its activation by the user until its deactivation by the user, in the manner indicated above) Arena Milano may send a weekly Newsletter containing a selection of the events on sale (or to be put on sale) on the Website, and/or other information related to such events (General Newsletter).
 

In the event that the user has provided the postal address, in addition to the General Newsletter, Arena Milano may send the user, at least once a year and subject to the availability of events, a Newsletter containing a selection of the events on sale on the Website that will take place in the relevant region (Regional Newsletter).
 

The personal data collected in connection with the subscription to the Newsletter Service will be processed by Arena Milano, as data controller, in accordance with the provisions set out in the privacy policy published on the Website, to which reference is hereby made. In the event that the user has given consent to the processing of data for profiling purposes, Arena Milano may also send the user Newsletters relating to events consistent with his/her profile.

Without prejudice to and by way of further clarification of what is indicated in the privacy policy, the user is informed that the personal data provided in connection with the Newsletter Service will be processed for the entire duration of the Service itself, as indicated in the previous paragraph 5.
 

Arena Milano reserves the right to make changes at any time to the frequency of the Newsletter’s distribution and to suspend the Service on certain days and/or during certain periods of the year, such as, for example, holidays / summer periods and/or for technical reasons. Arena Milano is entitled to withdraw ad nutum from the Service and, therefore, to permanently discontinue the sending of the Newsletters and/or the provision of the Service, even without any notice to the user and without the user being entitled to complain about such discontinuation and/or attribute to Arena Milano any liability and/or damage in relation to or connected with such discontinuation.
Arena Milano shall furthermore not be held liable for any costs or for any direct or indirect damages of any kind suffered by the user in the event of non-receipt of the Newsletter, it being understood that Arena Milano fulfils its obligations under these Terms of Service merely by sending the Newsletter itself.
 

The relationship arising from the subscription of the Service is regulated by Italian law. Without prejudice to the application, to consumer users who do not have their habitual residence in Italy, of any more favorable and mandatory provisions provided for by the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
 

It is hereby reminded that, in the case of a consumer user, any dispute relating to the application, performance and interpretation of these terms of Service or of the relationship arising from the subscription of the Service shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court o where the user has the residence or has elected domicile.
